Charter flights
Goldfields Air Services will always endeavour to work with clients ensuring that the services we provide are valuable and easy to access. We understand that sometimes plans change and that flexibility is a key component when choosing a service provider.
However, flights that are cancelled by the client within 24 hours of intended departure and are unable to be re-booked shall incur a charge of 50% of the value of the charter
Flying Lessons
Lessons that are cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours shall incur a fee of $125
Scenic flights
Scenic flight bookings that are cancelled more than 7 days from departure (14 days for earlybird special discounted rates) will be refunded in full.
Cancellations between 48 hours and 7 days (14 days for earlybird specials) may be eligible for a 50% refund if the cancellation does not result in insufficient passengers left to conduct the flight. This will be evaluated on a case by case basis
No-shows or cancellations less than 48 hours from departure will not be eligible for refund.
Flights that are cancelled by Goldfields Air Services due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to weather, and cannot be rescheduled will be refunded in full.
